RETURNS:
RMA numbers are required for all warranty items through Computer Wizards or authorized service agents (call or email for listing). Unauthorized service could void your warranty. Please call or email before shipping and an RMA number will be issued to you. There are no cash refunds on custom computer systems.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Minimum shipping charge USPS, UPS ground. Fed-Ex two-day and next day service available. Please allow a min. of eight days on custom systems. Prices on products are subject to change without prior notice. International orders accepted.

Unlimited technical support. M-F 10:30-7 Saturdays 9:00-5 PST. 30 day no-questions asked replacement policy. Incompatibility from added equipment or software is not a warranty issue. We are willing to help. Standard warranty, 2-year limited parts, One-year labor on new computers. Mfg. warranties on up-grade hardware. On-site warranties are available. CPUs carry a MFG. warranty. 15% re-stocking fee will apply. Our warranty covers hardware and labor. We are a licensed Microsoft "OEM". Microsoft ® operating systems available on new systems only. Ms Office XP Pro is available for a limited time. Ms will set the time for this offer to expire.
